COTTAGE VIDEOTAPES AND DVD'S

To help you with your choice of a vacation home, a videotape or dvd of each cottage property (unless otherwise stated) is available. Videotape viewing is free at the Gravenhurst office, please call for an appointment, or, you may order a tape or dvd for viewing in your own home at a nominal cost (see next paragraph). Each video is approximately 5-8 minutes in length. Unless otherwise stated, each video shows the cottage interior/exterior, the grounds around the cottage and the waterfront. Before ordering, you may want to check cottage property availability, as the period you want may already be booked.

Cottage Videos are available at a current cost of $ 10.00 (for up to five selections), plus shipping costs. Shipment by Canada Post (XPRESSPOST service) is an additional $ 5.00. For courier, U.S. or overseas shipments, please ask for rates when ordering. Payment can be made by VISA, or, if you mail in your order, a cheque or money order may be enclosed. In some cases the dvds will be free of charge.

We re-video the vacation properties on a regular basis, however, please note that, as time passes, videos may become slightly out-of-date. Every effort is made to ensure that you are informed of any major changes that would affect your vacation. Also, depending on the time of the year the video was taken, the amount of recent rain and whether there are controlled water levels in the lake, the amount of beach and/or exposed shoreline could differ significantly from what is shown in the video and what is available when you are actually there.

Cottage Videos are available on DVD or VHS format/SP speed only. Note to overseas customers - North American videotape format must be converted to your local format before you can view it. As well, a short movie clip of the exterior and waterfront of the cottage is available on properties on our web site. Movie clips will be added to the site as they are completed. Aerial Photos of most cottages were added to our site in 2007. Please keep in mind that thses are aerial photos and show a large area and may not zero in on the particular rental cottage only.
