OUR SERVICE AREA

We feel that to properly service our cottage listings, it is important that we only accept properties located within a one hour drive of our Gravenhurst office. This area includes all of the District of Muskoka as well as parts of the neighbouring districts of Parry Sound and Haliburton, Ontario. Any cottages listed outside of our Muskoka area, can be posted on our site with full colour photos, a description, rates section and availability section for a fee of $ 50 per cottage per year. The Company will not service theses listings other than to send all enquires about the cottage to the cottage owner.

Gravenhurst is located at the southern edge of Muskoka and is known at the "Gateway to Muskoka". It is approximately a two hour drive from downtown Toronto. Therefore, most vacation properties can be reached in less than a three hour drive from downtown.

The District of Muskoka, originally settled in the late 19th century, has a rich history of grand resorts and palatial, privately-owned summer homes and cottages. Today, Muskoka is Ontario's most popular vacation area due to the many enjoyable pastimes offered to our summer visitors (renowned golf courses, dining facilities and boat cruises).
