Our rental services include:

• Collection of cottage booking deposits and rent.
• Collection of security/damage deposits.
• Disbursement of rent to cottage owners on the start date of the rental.
• "Showing" of properties to prospective renters through videos and photos.
• Promotion of rental availability through a variety of media ie: Cottage Life Show and Internet.
• Answering inquiries about your cottage.
• Key control.
• Execution of rental agreements between the cottage owner and renter.
• Liaison between tradespeople, renters and owners in the event of a mechanical problem at the property.
• On request, personally showing cottage properties (if we have access and with seasonals only).
