HIGH/LOW SEASON DATES

Please call for winter and week-end cottages. Our min. rate for a weekend (two nights) is $ 500. We do not rent for less than a week in the High Season. When reading a cottage listing, the rental rates shown apply to dates as follows:

The HIGH SEASON Week rate shown applies to each Saturday to Saturday, seven day period that falls within the following dates:

The LOW SEASON Week rate shown applies to each Saturday to Saturday, seven-day period that falls within the following dates:

Note: some rental cottages may run from a Sunday to Sunday or Friday to friday. The FOUR WEEK rate shown is for four consecutive weeks, i.e. starts on a Saturday and ends on the fourth Saturday following. If no special four week rate is shown, then use the applicable weekly rate(s) x 4. If you want to book, say, the "month" of July which is actually greater than four weeks, then, use the special four week rate for four of the applicable weeks, divide by four, then multiply by five to apply the special rate to the fifth week.

Unless otherwise shown, the SEASONAL rate is for 9 consecutive high season weeks. If a renter requests more time than the cottage owner has given for the Seasonal rate stated, the owner may ask for an additional rental fee to cover the additional rental time requested.
