MUSKOKA ARRIVALS/DEPARTURES

Arrival

• Time
  Unless otherwise specified, arrival time is always 14:00 hours (2:00 p.m.) on the start date of each rental. Most rentals run from a Saturday to a Saturday.

• Key Pickup
  Upon receipt of your final rent payment, you should have received a property information sheet which indicated what method of key transfer will be used. In most cases, you will be required to pick up the key from our Gravenhurst office. This will ensure that you have been and gone to the cottage and that you have the proper cottage directions. At this time, you will also be given Muskoka Tourist information for the lake area. We are open until 4:00 p.m. on Saturdays. Keys are available 24 hours a day.

Departure

• Time
  Depart by 11:00 hours (11:00 a.m.) on the end date of the rental.

• Cleaning
  Ensure the property is left the way it was on arrival. It is the renter's responsibility to either clean the cottage and property to the same standard it was on arrival, or, arrange and pay for a cleaning by a commercial service (to be completed prior to your 11:00 a.m. departure).

• Garbage Removal
  Take all your garbage away with you. Either take it home, or, to the local dump. Do not leave it for the cottage owner or a $20 charge will apply!

• Key Return
  If you picked up the key to the property from our Gravenhurst office, you must also return it there as well (it may be needed for the next renter).
